3.1 WE ARE NOT LIABLE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR LOSS OF PROFITS RESULTING FROM THIS AGREEMENT. OUR LIABILITY WILL BE FOR DIRECT DAMAGES ONLY RESULTING FROM EITHER GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR A MATERIAL BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT, TO THE LIMIT OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS.

4. General

4.1 Parental Permission: For all users under the age of 18, consent from a parent or guardian is required. If you are under the age of 18, you agree to obtain parental permission prior to accessing the site. If you do not have permission, please do not use this site.

4.2 Cancelling Your Account: If you have an account with us, you can cancel it at any time by emailing us. We can cancel or suspend your account for any reason at any time in our sole discretion.

4.3 Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration or mediation under the rules of the British Columbia International Arbitration Centre. The place of arbitration of mediation shall be Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

4.4 Entire Agreement: This Agreement sets out the entire agreement between Dabbler.ca and the Owner relating to the Website.

4.5 Assignment: We may assign this Agreement in connection with a merger, amalgamation or corporate re-organization, or in connection with the sale of all or substantially all our assets.
