Loved this recipe. I didn't have whole eggs so I used egg whites, I am allergic to peanuts so I used hemp nut butter, and rather than use sugar I used 1/3 cup of honey and 1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder. I also used the enjoy life chocolate chips and they melted right into them for some added flavor. Because of the honey I lowered the oven to 325 and they cooked up in about 8 minutes using a 1/2 tbsp measurement on each cookie. Topped them with a blackberry "buttercream" (just butter and blackberries) and my daughter said they were the best cookies she has ever had. Thanks so much for the recipe!!

These cookies are DELICIOUS! just wondering if you do have any idea about the fat/carbs/cals per cookie?
Just a note- i completey removed the sugar from this recipe and they are still delicious. use them as healthy mid day snack as opposed to a cookie- but they are still sweet enough with the chocolate!

Hi Adam,
I will try your receipe for the flourless hemp cookies - it looks very good. I was hoping to learn the carb count as i am very sensitive to carbs and struggle with weight. I will try your receipe using splenda and will let you know how it turns out. Thanks
